Shun DM0741 Classic U2 Ultimate Utility Knife
This Shun DM0741 Classic U2 Ultimate Utility is a fabulously nice, sharp knife. Tomatoes for example: Just the weight of the knife and a very slight stroke will slice right through your tomato at your favorite thickness - and it does it without squeezing the tomato, meaning each tomato slice is perfectly uniform.
Shun DM0741 Classic U2 Ultimate Utility Knife cuts sandwich crusts (fresh or toasted) without putting excess pressure on the knife therefore you do not end up squeezing the life out of the gasping, oozing club sandwich. Something else that's unique about this knife is the sharpness.

Shun Edo BB1503 8-1/2-Inch Chef's Knife
Shun Edo BB1503 8-1/2-Inch Chef's Knife Nice and very sharp and holds an
edge well. Great looking knife as well, a real pleasure to hold as most
Shun knives are. It's actually much larger in my hand than I expected, it's also very heavy for a chef knife, much heavier than any of my
Wusthofs, or Macs.

Shun DM0706 Classic 8-Inch Chef's Knife
Wow, what a knife. We do a lot of cooking at home, and recently visited a high end kitchen
store where we got to test out some knives, including this Shun DM0706 Classic 8-Inch Chef's Knife. I believe if you're serious about cooking, you should own great cookware
and excellent knives. I finally stepped up and got excellent knives.
For those who haven't heard the hype, Shun is one of the most respected
knife brands in the world. Check them out on the Web at
kershawknives.com. The
balance is wonderful.. not only are these very good looking knives, but
the difference between using these and our previous set of knives
(henckles) is significant. This Shun just falls right through whatever
you're cutting.

Reviews Chicago Cutlery Landmark 14-Piece Block Knife Set
Chicago Cutlery Landmark 14-Piece Block Knife Set are better than the expensive brand names. These knifes are super sharp and they are well balanced for cutting,
slicing and chopping. The set looks really nice in my kitchen and I have
had so many positive comments on it.
I believe that the block is nicer than most. It
was important that they were all once piece (blade to handle), which is
why we chose this set. The Chicago Cutlery Landmark Knife Set cut VERY well, not much
effort. they fit my small hands as well as my guy's hands, so easy to
use. I typically hate all knife blocks hahah, but this one is pretty w/
the darker wood/paint and the stainless steal accents.

Reviews ChicagoCutlery Fusion 18-Piece Set including Honey Maple Wood Block
I love this ChicagoCutlery Fusion 18-Piece Set. I was somewhat
challenged getting the utensils to sit correctly first time round but
since then, wow! These knives have a nice weight, excellent hardness (keeps sharp under
heavy use), and they offer a good grip even with wet hands. The bamboo
block adds a very nice decorative touch.

It's elegant looking, super well-made/sturdy (both the
base and the knives - steak ones are lighter than some I've seen but,
again and to me, elegant). I do clean the knives by hand after I use
them so maybe that's the trick if others have had issues. The knives will require
frequent sharpening IF you use them a lot, but for daily use in a home
kitchen they will hold an edge for a long time.
